NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DESIGNATE
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of East Gwillimbury intends to designate the property, including lands and buildings, at the following municipal address as a property of historical value or interest under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990.
20560 Yonge Street, Part of Lot 116, Concession 1 WYS, Holland Landing
Further information respecting the proposed designation is available from the Town of East Gwillimbury Municipal Clerk’s Office.
Notice of objection to the proposed designation, together with a statement of the reasons for the objection and all relevant facts may be served on the Clerk of the Town of East Gwillimbury before the 15th day of April, 2006.
