Beaverbrook Park Project & Mount Albert Splashpad

Mount Albert, Ontario
Commencing this spring, construction will begin on a new major park facility as part of the Beaverbrook Homes - Phase IIA Subdivision Development. The park, located off of Centre St. in Mount Albert, will contour Vivian Creek and be ready for use by the fall of 2007. The park design includes:

Gazebo
-
Ball diamond
-
Soccer field
-
Paved parking lot
-
Paved pedestrian access
-
Pathway linkages
Additionally, a new splashpad facility is proposed for the community of Mount Albert, to be located adjacent to the Mount Albert Ross Family Complex (19300 Centre St). It is anticipated that this water play facility will be ready for use by the summer of 2007.
Residents are invited to attend the “Open House” to view the park and splashpad plans and learn more about these exciting projects.
