Presentation/Deputations

A person or organization wishing to appear before Town of East Gwillimbury Municipal Council as a deputation is requested to submit his / their request in writing by no later than 4:30 p.m. on the Monday prior to the date of the meeting (please see Schedule of Council Meetings), indicating who the presenter(s) will be, and providing a brief overview of the purpose of the deputation, including a copy of any handout(s), in order that they may be included in the draft agenda packages distributed to our Members of Council and Department Heads who will be in attendance, prior to the meeting.

Deputants shall be limited to five (5) minutes for speaking at Council and at Committee meetings.

The Town has a laptop available for the purpose of presentations in the Council Chambers.
