As of January 1, 2012 Commissioner of Oath signatures and Certified Documents will be charged $20.00 for the 1st document and $5.00 for each additional document. Please call 905-478-4282 extension 1240 to book an appointment.

NOTE: Pension forms will be exepmt from the fee.
