• Process and evaluate development applications
  • Provide recommendations to Town Council for approval
• Preparation and administration of Subdivision Development and Site Plan Agreements
• Implementation of Urban Design Guidelines
• Zoning By-law Review
• Administration of the Committee of Adjustment which deals with severances and minor variance applications
• Provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services to the public and for corporate use
