This branch provides staffing, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and pension administration, corporate training, and health and safety management.

This branch also ensures that all employees have access to a work environment that is compliant with the Ontario Employment Standards Act and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
