Business Plans & Budgets

The Business Plans and Budgets unit is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the preparation and management of the Town's annual operating and capital budgets.

This unit is responsible for the annual external audit and many legislated reporting requirements.

Scope of operations includes finance, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, financial planning and reporting.
