Yard Waste
All yard waste, other than branches, is to be in Kraft paper bags or open-topped, stickered containers, and out by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day. Leave at curb side in Paper Yard Waste Bags or open re-usable containers ONLY, twigs and branches bundled in lengths no longer than four feet on the collection days ONLY. Residents are reminded that the weight of a filled container or bag is not to exceed 23 kg (50lb).
Additional yard waste stickers are available and may be picked up at the Town at Customer Care (2nd Floor) free of charge or the Holland Landing and Mount Albert Libraries.
Where You Can Take Your Yard Waste
All York Region residents who wish to drop off their yard waste may do so, free of charge. These facilities are for residential customers only.
