Final Tax Bill

This bill will reflect the adjustment for an increase/decrease for the present tax year

This is your roll number which is used as your account number. Contact your bank to verify if they require spaces and/or the decimal if you are using on-line banking.

This is the mortgage company that is listed on your account.

This is where you will see your assessment information provided by MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) and which school board you support. If you want to change your school board support you will need to contact your local School Board. Our assessment value is multiplied by the tax rate to determine your total property taxes.

If the bill is stamped with the Town of East Gwillimbury paid stamp it is considered your official receipt and is proof of payment. Please note the Town does not track who is the payee.

This is where you will see the total property taxes for the year, any additional charges and past due amounts, minus the interim billing. If there is a credit it is displayed in brackets.

This is the final amount owing which is broken into 2 installments (see 2 stubs at the bottom of your tax bill)

This is the 2nd Installment remittance stub.

This is the due date for the 2nd Installment.

This is where you will see the pre-authorized payment information if you are enrolled in one of the pre-authorized payment plans and/or the mortgage company that is paying on your behalf. Pre-authorized payments are withdrawn on the 15th of the month (if enrolled in 10 month PAP)
