Lottery Licence Reporting

Lottery Licence ReportingA Catch the Ace Raffle Lottery Licence Report and supporting documentation must be completed and filed with the Municipal Clerk within 7 calendar days after every 4th draw of the lottery in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued.

All other Lottery Licence Reports and supporting documentation must be completed and filed with the Municipal Clerk within 30 days of the holding of the lottery in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued.

Submit to the Municipal Clerk:

The applicable Lottery Licence Report completed and signed:

Supporting documentation:

  • Financial Statements of the event
  • Copies of deposit slips and cheques issued
  • Advertising of the winners
  • Any additional documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued
