In a continued effort to protect the community and stop the spread of COVID-19, all Town facilities, including the Civic Centre, community centres, libraries and recreational spaces will remain closed until further notice. Building Permit Fees


Fees are due when an application is submitted and are subject to change without further notice. Additional fees may apply. All fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque or direct debit. Partial refunds, in the event of the withdrawal of an application, may be requested in accordance with applicable by-laws.

NOTE: Please be advised all fees listed in the Building Permit Fees Schedule have been updated and apply to building permit applications.
