After opening the Registration Form for Microsoft Word and filling out the form please save it on your computer, and attach it to an e-mail and send it to leisureregistration@eastgwillimbury.ca for processing. Please ensure you are viewing the form in "Print Layout" under the View Menu to see all information. This form can only be used for Credit Card Payments.
This form allows you to print off the registration form and fill it in and then mail, fax, or drop off the registration for processing. Your form can be faxed to 905-478-8545.
