Refunds, Transfers, or Withdraws
All requests for refunds or withdraws MUST BE MADE IN WRITING. A $15 administration fee plus a fee per classes attended will be deducted from all approved refunds. No refunds after second class unless for medical reasons. A doctor's note may be required. Refunds will be processed according to the date your written request is recieved by the Leisure Services Office. Please allow three to five weeks for any refunds to be processed.
A FULL REFUND...if the program you choose is cancelled. Leisure Services reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration. All registrations will be refunded by Cheque. Please allow three to five weeks for any refunds.
Waiting Lists
If you cannot be accomodated in any of your selections, your name will be added to the Waiting List for your first choice only. Your cheque will be returned to you.
Prorate Policy
Classes will not be prorated for any reason.
Discounts
Where there are three or more children in the same family taking part IN THE SAME PROGRAM, the third and subsequent child will recieve a 15% discount. This does not apply to Aquatics Programs.
All discounts must be deducted by the APPLICANT at the time of registration.
Registration Confirmation
Submission of registration form does not necessarily mean acceptance in the requested program. The department will send out confirmation prior to the commencement of the program, please call 905-478-4282 ext. 1236 for verbal confirmation.
