Top Employee Recommended Workplace

East Gwillimbury is one of only two municipalities and one of only eleven organizations across the country to receive the Top Employee Recommended Workplace in the Mid-Size Government Category presented by the Globe and Mail and Morneau Shepell.
The Employee Recommended Workplace Awards are determined solely by the organizations employees. Employees of each participating organization filled out an online survey where they were asked to rate themselves on the four key pillars of total health: physical, mental, work and social. The awards were given to organizations that have the highest overall employee scores in their category.
