Currently, Councillor Hauseman serves as Chair of Emergency Services. He also represents Council on the East Gwillimbury Chamber of Commerce Board, the North Union C.R.C.C., and the Sharon Temple Museum Society.  

Jack’s past experience as a volunteer, elected School Trustee and Marketing Manager for a large Canadian Equipment Leasing and Financing Funder prepared him well for assuming the responsibilities of being a Member of Council.

First elected in 1991, Jack continues to offer his expertise as a Councillor and Team Player on East Gwillimbury Council during the 2006-2010 term. Jack, along with wife Fran, have called East Gwillimbury home since 1986.

Message to Residents and Visitors:
The Town of East Gwillimbury will face many changes over the next several years. These changes will create both challenges and opportunities. As a Member of Council, I invite your comments and participation in making East Gwillimbury an even better place to live, work and play.
