Physician Recruitment and Retention Advisory Committee

This committee's purpose is to be proactive in the recruitment and retention of health professionals for the residents of the Town of East Gwillimbury, beginning with the needed complement of Family/General Practitioners as a priority. To also recruit and retain other health professionals as the need becomes identified.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Town of East Gwillimbury will develop a town-wide cohesive strategy that addresses our current and future recruitment and retention needs.   The Strategy will be built on our community's past experiences and the "best practices" of other municipalities.
