Water Reclamation Centre Site - Pile Testing Program

Description

York Region will be completing a temporary field testing program at the proposed Water Reclamation Centre (WRC) site, as part of the Upper York Sewage Servicing project. The Site is located on 2nd Concession Road, one kilometre north of Queensville Sideroad in the Town of East Gwillimbury.

Based on the type of work being completed residents may experience some noise and vibration, which can be heard and felt by those who are in close proximity to the site (within approximately 200 metres, which is also referred to as the ‘zone of influence’). Work will be limited to between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a noise and vibration monitoring program will be carried out for the duration of the program
