Current Status

The first submission of the temporary use zoning by-law amendment application has been submitted for review on the subject lands located at 21035 Leslie Street, east of Leslie Street and south of Holborn Road.

The Applicant is proposing to permit the existing accessory dwelling on the subject lands through a temporary use by-law for a garden suite. The other accessory buildings on the subject lands are non-habitable accessory buildings and structures. The temporary use by-law will be in effect for 20 years from the day of passing of the by-law.

A Public Planning meeting was held on Tuesday, November 16th.
